Acupuncture is among the oldest healing practice in the world. Traditional Chinese medicine stimulated different points in the body correcting imbalances in the flow of qi through channels known as meridians.

By stimulating the nervous system directly, acupuncture can affect stress, anxiety and depression and help alleviate the symptoms. Stress is often the cause of musculoskeletal pain and referred pain such as headaches and back pain.
