Bodylab is joining forces with Sheri Fraser (sherifraser.net) to offer bi-weekly splash n' dash races in Binbrook. Our objective it to provide fun, grass roots events that will suit both the rookie, wannabe and the experienced, seasoned triathlete. Of course some of you may want a challenge and be competitive [but that will be amongst friends].
Athletes can choose to swim either 1 loop – 750 meters or 2 loops -1500. The run distance is a 5k out and back loop held within the conservation grounds.

Timed swim and run Age Graded 5 K results Aid Station on the 5k Lifeguard supervision Post race snacks
Triathlon Ontario Sanctioned - Insurance is required for each participant
Series Insurance can be purchased for $10. Each series requires separate insurance

We will do our best to provide accurate timing, however please remember that this is not the Olympics. So if you are concerned about your time/splits/transitions/etc wear your watch.
